1. Where is your shop?


Poppi Baby Clothing and Accessories is an online store based in the Western Cape, South Africa. 

2. How do I place an order?


You can place an order on our website by adding items to your cart. Upon checkout you can make payment via EFT or you will be directed to the PayFast website where you can process your payment. Alternatively you can send us a WhatsApp with the items you want to order. You will receive an invoice and payment can be made into our bank account via EFT.

 3. Will I be able to change my order?

Yes, please give us a WhatsApp or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order is dispatched before you made the changes, we will unfortunately not be able to assist. 

4. When will I receive my order?

If you stay in or around Cape Town your parcel will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days. If you stay outside Cape Town, your parcel will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. We make every effort to keep stock levels updated on our website, however, If there is a stock issue we will inform you after placing your order so that alternative arrangements can be made. 

5. How much is shipping?

We offer a Nationwide shipping flat fee of R69.00. Shipping to remote areas might incur additional charges

6. Shipment delays?

In the unlikely event of unforeseen delays (courier delays, delivery errors) we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Some of these issues are out of our control but we will try our best to resolve them. 

7. Can I return or exchange my items?

Yes, we will gladly accept your return or exchange your item/s within 7 days after you have received your parcel. Items returned must be in its original condition and packaging. You will however be liable for the costs to return the parcel to us and any additional costs incurred. Please get in contact with us to assist with any exchanges/returns. Items returned, will be refunded within 3 working days after we have received your parcel.
