Exchanges & Returns
- We will gladly exchange your item/s within 7 days after you have received your parcel. Items returned must be in its original condition and packaging. You will however be liable for the costs to return the parcel to us.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item/s, delivery costs will apply when repurchasing your new item/s.
- We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided that the goods in question are returned to us is in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved you will be automatically refunded via EFT payment. We will request Bank details from you to make the refund. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- Items returned, will be refunded within 3 working days after we receive the item. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
